What Is A Spiritual Path?
A spiritual
path is full of questions about the purpose of life and the nature
of the universe around you. In a journal, you seek the answers
to questions like:
 |
Who am I?
|
 |
How did I get here?
|
 |
What is my relationship with my Creator?
|
 |
What is the purpose of my life?
|
 |
Is my world a safe place or a dangerous place?
|
A spiritual path is about the process of
personal growth and not the end result. The goals your create
for your life only give you direction. The questions in life are more important than the
answers because the questions open your mind and soul to receive new insights and consider
new perspectives.
The journal becomes your map of self discovery as you travel your
spiritual path. It offers you the tools for reflection which allow you to assign your own
meaning to the events and circumstances in your life. It engages you in a
conversation with yourself about the critical issues in your life. Together, these
establish your personal authority and enhance your ability to process your life
experiences in a supportive and positive manner.
I believe that my spiritual journey is about exploring
the inner world and the outer world with a new perspective.
It is about looking for the meaning and purpose of the people, events,
feelings, ideas, and experiences in my life. My spiritual
journey is about discovering my relationship with myself and with
my world. Anything that helps me gather information is part
of my journey.
